By installing or using the ClipKit by MikaiL desktop app or browser extension ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. The Software is made by Mikail Hossain Imran ("we", "us").
The free version is licensed to you at no cost for personal use. A paid license key unlocks the premium features for the stated term (7-day, 1-year, or lifetime). Each key activates one PC and is non-transferable; contact us to move a key to a new machine.
The extension only adds a Download button and passes the current video's link to the desktop app. It requires the desktop app to be installed to do anything. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what it accesses.
The Software checks for and can install updates. Updates may add, change or remove features. Bundled components (such as the download engine) update themselves to keep working with changing websites.
License keys are delivered manually after payment via the contact channels on the site. If a paid key does not work and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 14 days for a refund of that purchase.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Websites change constantly and a given download may not always succeed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the Software.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
